This End User License Agreement (EULA) is between the user and AUTF. The EULA the users access to or use of Type Foundry’s fonts, related software, and materials (“Font Software”). By downloading or installing Type Foundry Font Software, the user agrees to the terms of this EULA.

Updates
AUTF may modify this at any time, notifying you of changes. Continued use of the Font Software signifies acceptance of updates.

General License Terms
AUTF reserves the right to decline licensing. Licenses are personal, non-assignable, and non-exclusive. Redistribution or reverse engineering of Font Software without consent is prohibited.

Prohibited Uses
Use of fonts for discriminatory, harmful, or political purposes is prohibited.

Ownership
Font Software remains the intellectual property of AUTF. Modifications are allowed under specific conditions but cannot be distributed without permission.

Termination and Liability
AUTF is not liable for damages or legal proceedings of any kind.

Jurisdiction
This EULA is governed by law.
